Pelusa legal notice

Who is behind Pelusa, what this site is and under which rules it is read.

Last revised:

This English version is a technical draft without legal review. The Spanish text is the reference version.

Owner

Whoever publishes a service on the Internet has to identify themselves. The Italian e-commerce decree (D.Lgs. 70/2003, Article 7) and Article 35 of DPR 633/1972 require it, as does Law 34/2002 (LSSI, Article 10) in Spain. This site, pelusa.profblu.com, and the Pelusa portal belong to Germán Ezequiel Laso Andino, libero professionista, trading under the name ProfBlu.

What this site is

Pelusa is a public football archive. It has these parts:

You need no account to look. The portal sets no cookies and loads no third-party resources when it opens; what your browser stores, and the only case in which another server is contacted —a stadium map, if you ask for it— are described in the cookie policy and the privacy policy.

The same version of the portal serves pelusa.profblu.com, which is the real site, and the demonstration copies under demo.prosecco.group and demo.profblu.com, which are rebuilt and reseeded with test data and are not meant to be consulted.

Where the data comes from

Sports data —matches, results, squads, statistics, market odds— is supplied under licence by SportMonks (sportmonks.com), a sports data provider. Pelusa stores it, sorts it and shows it; it does not produce it. It may arrive late or with errors, in which case it is corrected when the provider corrects it.

The names, crests and colours of clubs, competitions and federations that appear in Pelusa belong to their owners and are shown for informational purposes.

Intellectual and industrial property

You may read, quote and link to Pelusa normally. You may not copy the application, its texts or its design for another product, nor extract the provider's data in bulk to reuse it: the licence under which we receive it does not allow it.

Text generated by artificial intelligence

Some pieces —the chant and the fact of the day, the comments of "El Loco" about a match, a team's trivia and supporters— are written by an Anthropic language model from the archive's data, and are marked as generated by artificial intelligence (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50). Nobody on the editorial team reviews them before publication: read them for what they are. Details are in the privacy policy.

Disclaimer

Availability

We maintain the portal with reasonable care, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free: it is deployed often and may fail. Live data arrives with the delay with which the provider delivers it.

Applicable law

Italian law applies, being that of the owner's domicile. If you read this site as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to go to the courts of your domicile.
